Can we talk about food here, too?

So when we were all last in Tucson we made pizza..with the Trader Joe's dough.
Last night I made the BEST combo ever...I have actually been thinking about it all day and the fact that I can't go home and make more is making me sad. Sonchia, I know you have no TJ's but you should just go get dough from your pizza place (you have one right?)...

So Keith did his pizza man thing...and made my dough all pretty, then I did the following:
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Pulled Pork (left over...and could be chicken, bacon...or no meat)
  • Zucchini (sliced thin like 'roni's)
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Goat Cheese

Bake and remove from Oven. Sprinkle with Garlic Powder, Pepper and Fresh Spinach while it's hot. ( I julienned the spinach). Cut it and serve it with a little wedge of Lemon to squeeze on before you eat...the goat cheese and the lemon...SO GOOD.

I have a mission to incorporate vegetables into everything Keith eats. He says he does not like them, but I like to continually find ways to prove him wrong...hence zucchini and spinach pizza.

YUM! Love pizza with great things on top. We made one on Monday with thinly sliced red potato, thyme, Gruyere cheese, leeks. Whole wheat trader joes crust. Yum.

ps. I am going to try this recipe with this fake meat pulled pork they have at joes. Wow - I eat fake meat now. What happened?!?!?!? Oh yeah - I married a vegetarian....
