This beautiful building - Coronado Hotel - is for sale in Tucson. Do you ladies remember it? Across the street from The Shanty. It is a great location on 4th Avenue right before the underpass. I hope that someone can buy it and put some love in to it, while not inconveniencing or pricing out the current tenants.

Let's buy it! Shop on the bottom & Scott can run the wine bar we most certainly HAVE TO have. We can then design each room as we see fit.

It's such a great building. I love love love it.
I really, really, really think this part of town needs a homemade small-scale ice cream shop. Either on/just off Congress or on 4th. Wouldn't that be great? some place like Scoop near my mom's house:

So true about the Ice Cream - every night I want to go out for Ice Cream but somewhere we can walk/ride too.
If only we ruled Tucson.... :)
