All Souls Procession 2010

Peach Plum Pear

We are going to see the lovely and talented Joanna Newsom play at Rialto tonight.  It took me awhile to get in to her - her voice, but I love that she plays the harp!  This video below has wonderful old movies...enjoy! 

This weekend...

Is one of my favorite nights in Tucson - the annual Day of the Dead/Dia de Los Muertos All Souls Procession.  It is magical.

My costume inspiration this year? I will be marching with friends from my restaurant working days as a dead waitress.
